Na they do but insurance won’t cover it and you have to actually be recessed or the surgeon won’t do it.

The harsh reality is that you need a skull reconstruction. @chadisbeingmade @imontheloose moving his chin forward won't fix his recession nor his downgrowth.

You can expect the genioplasty to move your chin forward (and down), nothing else.
