about 2500€ for mse, and yeah if you have like an overbite or underbite that is considered severe to them its also free, love germany

Reading this tells me he needs a Bimax and could go for a surgical pallate expansion in that procedure.
Way faster and way more precise.

but for example, the average person probably has a 6 tooth smile

couldn't they at least create an 8 tooth smile via mse ?

I used to want MSE. But think about it. You're going to spend numerous months with a fucked up lispy ass voice, a shitload of metal in your mouth, which you may get made fun of for.

Yes you'll get a wider palate, but it's not going to be Tom Welling tier or anything, and it may regress and shrink back to its normal size.

For the price of MSE, you could just get a lefort 1. Way better INSTANT results, which are guaranteed to be permanent.

Cause the chance that you dont or only barly ascend is pretty high and the treatment is just to expensive and long for this.

For the price of MSE, you could just get a lefort 1. Way better INSTANT results, which are guaranteed to be permanent.

3 piece Lefort 1 is gonna give you the best result you can get depending on the plan and skill of your surgeon.
Put in a BSSO and Genio ( Trimax ) into the same surgery and you can really change your appearance and benefit in terms of health.
