I have dirty pillowsI'll just stay up honestly
Try talking to your parents—my parents divorced three years ago. Tell them you don't want to go through family arguments or see them hate each other; remind them that they have you and need to think about you, too. The day my parents divorced was a turning point; perhaps my sister and I could have changed things somehow, but it’s far too late now. Don't make my mistake—talk to them. Good luck.I'm really unsure hoe to describe it but they've been violently arguing verbally esrly this morning. last night I had a random memory of the times when they used to fight physically.
it does affect my mental health but I'm trying to pretend it doesn't.
I just need some help man I'm really not feeling well
seems like they want to have a separation but I'm not mentally prepared for it
anyone who has experienced this I would like to hear their way of coping I guess or something
I'm really scared
my relationship with them isn't the way you think it isTry talking to your parents—my parents divorced three years ago. You could start small, like I did: help your mom with the cleaning and use that time to bring up how you dislike the way she and your dad get along. You can help her cook and talk with her about it; do the same with your dad—help him with some stuff and talk to him about how their arguments affecting you. If you want to improve communication and stop the fighting, you need to build a healthy relationship with them. You have to take action to change the outcome; if you don't do anything, then a divorce becomes inevitable. They aren't made of steel, and eventually, one of them will file for divorce if the arguments and disagreements continue. I really hope that you will not get though ur parents divorcemy relationship with them isn't the way you think it is
