my mother was back in the days when I was young, always apeshit about calcium and fat and stuff to make us grow tall (she believed). That milk was so extremely fat, if you left it standing for 1 hour you hadlik 1-2 cm (maybe more) of thick fat on top of it. She used sometimes to make cream.

But seriously, there is no benefit it will NOT make your grow. It will give you a gh gut, diabetes and chronically lower gh levels though.

"GH gut" is unlikely to result from purely liberal GH, more so insulin resistance and chronically high blood sugars. Though there is some data to suggest that exogenous GH can downregulate endogenous production.
