Parents height and my height and my brothers height. Can someone explain what happened to me?

My dad 6 ft 6 and my mum is 5 ft 4 and i’m 6ft at 19 and my brother is 6 ft 3 at 17 but i’ve got a 22-23 inch bideltoid and he’s got a 18-19 inch one. Is this normal ?!?

Yea the margins aren't insane

if either of you work out, or have more muscle mass then the other, there might be a slight difference in the bidelt. I'd recommend measuring the waist and the clavicles or the biarchromial instead (bony part of the your shoulder).
