my dad is 5’8 mom is 5’3. i’m curious. if i had the best development ever like perfect sleep nutrition exercise lifestyle hormones etc whats my genetic limit. if i were to take hgh and ai early on what would my bones limit be to the point where my body can grow anymore

height is complex and polygenic its not some formula u can use to find out ur ceiling, but most likely within an inch of your dad's height

That's true, my mom is 5'5 and dad is 5'9, but i ended up 5'7 somewhow

and my dad was def a genetic lottery winner cause his parents were like really short, 5'5 and 5'2

same with my mom, some of her brothers are around her height

Outliers don’t reliably pass down. You just regressed toward the family average, it’s normal.
