Parents keep trying to force me to go out with my cousins or my sisters friend id rather just be alone how do I explain this

Like no I’m not gonna go force myself into people lives who don’t want to know me I’m autistic I can’t just magically fit into big social groups they don’t understand though they say I just need practice no amount of practice can fix autism I’m just fked I’m only gonna have friends naturally if they even wanna speak to me through work and stuff
