I haven’t tried those but all the mental drugs iv tried have side effects and permanent damage if you take them too long. Clearly not natural or healthy to take them. Things like sun exposure, good sleep less screen time are how you actually improve.

My sister’s friend has ADHD and when she got on Adderall, she went from almost failing out of college to getting straight A+ it’s actually insane.
