Parents sabotaging me during puberty, I NEED HELP

I'm talking about diet to my mom and she keeps nerfing me.
She is vegan and lives off seeds, greens and tofu: "No you don't need to eat meat every day" "more than 1 egg a day is bad for you"
My dad just keeps pulling out the flat earth theory and says that it is as believable as diet benefits and "not to trust everything online".

"We all grew up tall with thin bones, you can't change it by changing your habits with a 'brainrot american diet' ":soy:
"Health is carbs and vegetables"

I'm about to lose it, how tf can i convince them to blast at a young age if a i can't even talk about food or even SUPPLEMENTS.

Then buy food with your own money

And worst case scenario eat veggies

You need veggies and animal products to be tall

If you eat 1 and neglected the other your fucked

+you can just eat shit like oats and nuts or wtv they literally have the same macro andd Micro contentAs meat

And Roid asap if you wanna ascend especially if your sub 16

Tell them your gonna slit your throat open if they dont get you 5 eggs minimum a day

carbs=energy lol
how do you think our ancestors had insane bonemass? cuz they ate thousands of carbs in a day of hunting, peaked their insulin to agartha and boosted their igf1 to mrbeast
U can peak insulin and igf1 more with 200_300 gm of protein a day
