Parents wont get me a Dr's appointment unless it's a inconvenience to them

Pisses me off so much. They only do this shit when its something that they can catch from me or chronic disease symptoms. I feel ashamed to ask for help because of the way they treated me when I was developing and now they get mad when I isolate myself because they just say I'm seeking attention when I was in actual pain.
