Recently my hair started falling out and it's been like that for 3 weeks. Might be related to low iron levels or thyroid function but idk for now. I'm planning on checking that in a week, but I'm scared. Yeah my teenage years ended this year and i still fear my parents. They are strict asf even now as I'm older and they yell at me for my health issues instead of saying smth like "it's gonna be okay". They always blame me and the way i live my life. Idk how to explain it but because of all that arguments, yelling and blaming everything on me in my teenage years, they made me kinda dependable on them. Back to the hairloss, my fear is that the bloods will turn out to be bad and i will be yelled and scolded by that. I wish I've started a life changing argument in my teenage years maybe then my life would have been diffrent. And also because of them i broke up with a girl that i truly loved. They mocked our relationship and said that I'm crazy for having a girl that don't live in my city. They refused to let me go visit her by a train. We were only meeting once in a month when she earned some mony from her parents etc. It was pathetic. Eventually the pressure from my parents got to me and i broke up with her. I wish i could go back in time and book a train to her without telling my parents. I think that kinda "shock therapy " would fix something, idk. Since then life has been going downwards.
Anyways ts was written in an impulse cause i have nobody to tell this to.
If you have strict parents please and i reapeat please do something abt it before their brainwashing will carved to your mind.

yeah i hope that brainwashing will fade away eventually and maybe at 23 yo i would be able to go anywhere by myself
