yeah, it's a weird feeling. obviously, if it doesn't get better within 4-5 days, tell your doctor to lower your dose or gives you something else

SSRIS can take 4-6 weeks to start working. The dick numbness probably won't go away - but you will get used to it. It's not really a side effect as much as it's proof that it's working. Just give it 3 months and reassess.
