I KNOW I AM UGLY AND ITS OVER BUT HEAR ME OUT, I AM DOCUMENTING MY JOURNEY ON HERE TO BECOMING GOOD LOOKING. I WILL BE COMBINING SOFT MAXXING AND HARD MAXXING METHODS.
Since birth i have never been good looking but i have had better times than others, as of right now this is what i look like :
This is why i am determined to come back better looking. I am asymmetrical, have acne, bad bone structure etc. Its honestly embarrassing but this is everything im going to do to fix it.
Accension plan
Average routine :
- 8 - 10 hours sleep
- Gymmaxxing
- Studymaxxing
- Stretching and meditation
blah blah blah, all boring stuff but better than rotting in bed.
Now for the actual looksmaxxing protocols -
SOFTMAXX'S - Trust me they work !
Skincare -
Morning - Cleanse, salicylic acid, moisturise
Night - Cleanse, Retinol, moisturise
*On wednesdays and saturdays i will be using a chemical peel solution instead of retinol*
COPE METHODS :
MEWING - AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE INCLUDING HARD MEWING
THUMBPULLING - 1 MINUTE IN THE MORNING AND 1 AT NIGHT
BONESMASHING - 1 MINUTE EACH BONE DAY AND NIGHT
OTHER METHODS :
TEETH WHITENING - BAKING SODA TOOTHPASTE AND WHITENING SERUM
CHINTUCKS - 4 SETS OF 30 SECOND HOLDS MORNING AND NIGHT
CHEWING HARD GUM - NO ROUTINE FOR THIS, JUST WHEN I CAN TO FIX ASYEMMETRIES
SLEEPING ON BACK - YET AGAIN FIX MY WONKY FACE
GYM ROUTINE :
I TRAIN UPPER BODY EACH DAY AND DO CARDIO EVERY SECOND DAY.
I AM EATING 3500 CALORIES A DAY ON A BULK RIGHT NOW AND DONT PLAN TO CUT ANY TIME SOON, SOME OF YOU MAY ARGUE BUT I THINK ITS MORE IMPORTANT I BUILD A BETTER BASE AND BONES BEFORE CUTTING.
SUPPLEMENTS :
CREATINE - 5 GRAMS
CALCIUM - 400MG
VIT D3 - 10UG
MAGNESIUM - 675MG
ZINC - 20MG
ASHWAGANDHA - 500MG
GLUCOSAMINE - 1500MG
OMEGA 3 - 1000MG
COD LIVER OIL - 1000MG
HARDMAXXES :
As of right now i am not doing any, but i am open to them. When i get more money i'm thinking of taking mk677, not really much of a hard max some of you would say and i suppose so. Thats why i would do test and dbol for the muscle and bone mass
