Particular jaw surgery question + discussion

If I have a forward grown jaw, would I be able to get in implant on the ramus in order to square out the back of the jaw like the chick in the pic? i.e. give me a straight ramus. Would it be too much stress on the muscle? I know it looks animalistic but I like it, even if it has "low appeal" idgaf. Also, any opinions the look of jaws like hers? (On male or female)
