People on here say that the point of life is to have children and pass on your genes, is not true. There is no point to life. We just want to have sex because its what our unconscious biological urges tell us to do. How many after sex or masturbating did you have post nut clarity and wonder wtf you are doing in life?

People want to have children because they are scared of dying and think they can “live on” through their children but this is also false. After 4 generations only 6.25% of your genes will survive in each child. After 10 generations less that 0.1%!

So after a few generations your genetic material will basically be totally gone along with all memory of you. Even if you accomplish amazing feats and invent some new device you will still be forgotten about eventually even Jesus the most famous person of all time will eventually be forgotten.

If you look that far in the picture your technically right. But the thing is that ultimately what are you going to do being all alone in the future. Better to raise a family then just age and have no one around. And its logical to have multiple kids in case something happens to one of them.

And also you were that 0.1% that made it to 2022. It definitely means something that your lineage made it this far. Its up to you whether to continue it or not. Humanity is judged by looks In this era but the fact that you made it this far means something that your ancestors had the capability to reproduce and survive successfully in the olden days regardless of their looks.
