For a small boost or passive muscle growth, should I go

Low HGH dose (like 2-4IU)
Low Test dose

Or something else, not looking for substitute for working out, just something to speed up or increase process with minimum side effects, HGH sounds good (levels return fast after stopping), but the enlargement of Ears Nose and such is not desired

Is there any anabolic peptide or steroid where I don’t risk my balls or growing abnormally large feet and such. Keep in mind I am still completely training and going to the gym. Is it worth doing HGH or Test or far too low ROI
He’s fear baiting for the most part. Test probably wont destroy fertility. Theres fertility cycles you can go on… etc. also, hgh won’t grow extremities unless your taking a megadose and/or not managing water retention. The main extremity growth will mostly just be water/inflammation, nothing permanent. Again, test won’t probabilistically totally shutdown HPTA, just temporarily and will slightly blunt it.
Why would u take a low test dose :forcedsmile::forcedsmile: 350 minimum for extra, passive growth. Also, hgh wouldn’t grow ears and nose past a marginal amount, they would also revert once stopped.

neither. low test=HPTA suppression. HGH at 2-4iu= negligible hypertrophy. No real “passive” option, just diminishing returns for added endocrine strain

Yea, low test/trt will just replace ur natural levels. Gh + cycle dose of test will def create passive muscle. The building of new cells + the growth of those along with the protein synthesis and the lipoylsis of GH will allow for you to lean out and grow a bit of muscle. Albeit, this all scales based on diet. Ideally just have a decent diet and if possible, pushups or another form of low commitment exercise.

Thank you for this information, makes more sense, can u recommend an estimate cycle or dose of both? I still obviously go to the gym but want acceleration of muscle growth. I’m 17m ~65-67kg

You could get away with ~5ius and 450mgs (for the “blast”), then just cruise at trt or slightly above. Then ofc ur ancillaries. I wouldn’t take test tho, roi is kinda low IMO.
 
Saying endocrine suppression proves nothing, also 4ius is enough for hypertrophy? Hgh isn’t for hypertrophy…
endocrine suppression proves you are trading a functioning Hypothalamic pituitary gonadal axis for marginal gain and 4iu of Human growth hormone is not meaningfully hypertrophic alone it mainly raises Igf1 and supports recovery not muscle growth so you are picking between suppression or a non primary anabolic and calling it a shortcut

the gains still dont meaningfully exist even at slightly higher doses you are trading real endocrine function for minimal hypertrophy hgh alone is not anabolic and pct is not a magic undo button it just tries to patch a system you intentionally disrupted there is no shortcut around adaptation and stimulus ❤

why run test at a low dose it will still shutdown natural production, go all out and blast 400mg+

gh at such a low dose is basically no gains

no free anabolic exists you either suppress the Hypothalamic pituitary gonadal axis or accept low ROI,
hgh is not meaningfully hypertrophic and test always risks suppression
