raw milk is kinda illegal in Scotland but both seem to have their pros and cons. Discuss

Idk about the pros and cons specifically but people say raw is healthier, and imo it’s tastier. The store I buy it from labels it as for pets only. That’s a loophole that works here in the US. Idk about Scotland but maybe look into that. You’re not gonna find it at big chain stores tho. I go to a local Amish store.

Yo what jfl, in my place my grandfather always brought me raw milk from his farm, as a kid i despised it cause of the thick layer forming on top. But it's tastier

Any reason jews dont want you to drink raw milk?

Inhibits higher T, thicker bones like people in the early 60s used to have?

Raw milk of course is going to taste different than pasteurized milk, pasteurized milk is not only boiled but also "fortified" with nutrients such as vitamin d, iodine and other stuff depending on the country's regulation where it's bottled, the process of bottling it also modifies the flavor, specially when the milk is poured at high temperatures on containers that contain plastic on their insides (almost all containers).

Some factories also process this milk and skim its fat in order to make butter, legally in most countries, "whole milk" is any milk that contains 4% fat but this is not true for raw milk as the fat concentration of it can vary depending on the diet of the cow, it can have more than 4% fat.

Chemically there is no difference between between fresh raw milk and boiled fresh raw milk (the one you should be consuming) but boiling it modifies its taste, because the increase in temperature dissolves the fat that naturally floats as foam on raw milk, giving it a homogeneous taste while raw milk that's not boiled has some fat solids that are tasted first when consumed (the foam) which gives it a buttery taste at first.

wait raw milk does all this?

Back then people bought raw milk from milk men and if it is illegal despite not being a drug it may be the fault of the jews
