Modern DNA tests are rigged to force people to be a father to a kid they are not fully related to. DNA tests never test the entire human genome but instead common markers and it's up to the testing company to decide how many to test, and which ones to test. There are algorithms that will get you a 98% match with someone but you are completely unrelated because the company chose to test only a certain number of what they call "markers" and not the entire human gene sequence.

They have been proven unreliable. That's why the company makes you tell them the relation of the people you are testing. They don't like situations where their company is responsible for destroying someone's entire family when they find out their dad isn't really their dad. So what they do is have you tell them the relationship of the people you are testing and then they force a match based on a mismatch of chosen allele matches they can come up with and then compare the least number of "markers" or "loci" that they offer usually a range of like 10 to 20.

Before they started doing this DNA testing in the 90s fathers used to get 80-97% matches that they were not considered the father.
