Pathetic Curry Chud needs help ascending

I have so much thats fucked up with me, but only so much that's reasonable to fix. Main problems & requests (TLDR) :
- suspected hormone imbalance
- height & overall growth (5'9" at 18)
- nutrition & health indicators ( acne, body fat, height, facial structure , etc)

what i want:
- (supplements, peptides, etc, anything to fix my pathetic state of being right now)
- what data points & numbers i need to research for dosages & what compounds will be the most effective.

(if you want to read further):
i've been working out for about 2 years at this point with very inconsistent & slow progress, despite tracking macros, progressive overload, efficient training, doing daily cardio. My acne journey has been poor, i used to have incredibly clear and fair skin, but after puberty my pigmentation increased drastically, as well as larger pores & discoloration. Im about to go to college, so i'll have more freedom & privacy to start buying more stuff ( years of strict parents with poor focus on health & underlying conditions due to genetics ). Below is my current physique & what my face looks like

Blood work
- height & overall growth (5'9" at 18)
Check if your growth plates are open (in the wrist), if so then check if your HGH is normal in the bloodwork. If it's low - get a prescription, if it's low but in the refference zone - order some hgh online, look for dosages on BOTB. If it's not - you will not grow much taller. 5'9 is normal height.
- nutrition & health indicators ( acne, body fat, height, facial structure , etc)
Yeah your front looks like literal death. Go to a professional for the skin advice. You can lose a bit of fat, nothing major tho.
Strange thing but face on photos 2, 3 looks normal.

For the physique just keep working out.
 
Get blood work and check growth plates and tretinoin or Accutane for acne

Man hop on tretinoin and sunscreen asap you should consider infra and jaw implants for your face and hgh for height if your plates are open
 
your coloring is cucking you and especially the health indicators part bhai you need more sleep, healthy fats and protein and save up for surgeries btw the physique is kinda good and got potential btw how long you have been going to gym

i've been going on and off for like 2-3 years... i've gotten complacent recently because my relationship is currently going well and i've stopped hyper fixating on ascending.
