I have so much thats fucked up with me, but only so much that's reasonable to fix. Main problems & requests (TLDR) :
- suspected hormone imbalance
- height & overall growth (5'9" at 18)
- nutrition & health indicators ( acne, body fat, height, facial structure , etc)

what i want:
- (supplements, peptides, etc, anything to fix my pathetic state of being right now)
- what data points & numbers i need to research for dosages & what compounds will be the most effective.

(if you want to read further):
i've been working out for about 2 years at this point with very inconsistent & slow progress, despite tracking macros, progressive overload, efficient training, doing daily cardio. My acne journey has been poor, i used to have incredibly clear and fair skin, but after puberty my pigmentation increased drastically, as well as larger pores & discoloration. Im about to go to college, so i'll have more freedom & privacy to start buying more stuff ( years of strict parents with poor focus on health & underlying conditions due to genetics ). Below is my current physique & what my face looks like
