Anyone else notice that the women on IG with around 5-10k Followers usually all look better than the women with 100K-1M ?

What I mean is that the girls I usually see with less followers look more refined than the Plastic Bratz
Dolls Influencers with the 100K-1M Followers that all more or less look like carbon copies of each other
