Found this early photo with his first gf in the 90s (whom he had his daughter Meadow with). His chin looked recessed and rounded. Fast forward to this photo after the first Fast and Furious movie.
From what I know, genioplasty is for cases where people have a weak chin bone, or maybe a slight overbite and just need forward projection. He was never downgrown.
