Is this a good idea? I just want to be hot. I don’t care if I’ll stay a poorcel for the rest of my life as long as my bones are aesthetic.
It can be done. In America credit unions tend to be more willing to loan out money for personal loans then larger banks which is ironic. It also depends on how much money is coming in from your job, your credit history.

So to build credit get a secure card then after about 6 months of paying off balance consistently you can get a unsecure credit card. Then with that you can request a credit increase every few months. Usually even with a cashier or lower tier job you can get like 10-15k credit line within year or two.

Now for some more unethical ways to do this a lot faster,

-Car selling fraud
- So now that your credit is at least 700 or higher you can get a car
-Get a expensive car , and then pay attention to the offers with 0% down financing
-Then once its in your hands you then sell the car and do a cash only deal
-You obviously won't get more then 80% of the car value as once it leaves the lot it loses 10-20% of the value immediately.

So if the customer doesn't do research on the car tittle and gets it quickly for a good deal then you can get it off your hands quick ,maybe for 50-60% of the value , and it wont matter as you only paid for the month.

In a few months time the repo man will come and take the clients car. Best to larp a fake name and use cash as that guy you sold it to will sue you for fraud

Home title fraud
-Will be easiest with your parents house since you can get access to their documents, but your parents are gonna be homeless and in debt once the bank takes back the home, But if your dark triad you will realize that they already lived their boomer life easily, so its fine for you the lost generation to have some fun
-You would use a forged home title document or alter the home title document of your parents to yours
-Then you default on it and your parents are fucked but you got your surgeries and can apartment max
-If you crypto max or options max successfully you could buy them a home, but thats optional , depends on your relationship with your parents.

Now what are Other ways you can do this to people besides your parents

1. Public Records Exploitation

  • Open Access to Property Records:
Many jurisdictions make property records, including deeds and titles, publicly available online. Fraudsters can search these databases to:
    • Identify properties with no mortgages (e.g., homes that are fully paid off).
    • Obtain the homeowner’s name, property details, and other information required for fraudulent activities.
  • Minimal Verification Requirements:
In some cases, filing fraudulent documents with county offices requires only basic identification, which can be easily forged.

2. Identity Theft

  • Personal Information Theft:
Fraudsters steal personal information, such as Social Security numbers, birth dates, and addresses, through:
    • Phishing scams.
    • Data breaches.
    • Mail theft or dumpster diving.
  • Impersonation:
With stolen personal information, fraudsters can impersonate the homeowner to file false documents or take out loans in their name.

3. Forgery and Document Falsification

  • Creating Fake Deeds or Titles:
Fraudsters use computer software to create realistic-looking documents, including forged signatures and notary seals.
  • Falsified Notary Acknowledgements:
Fraudsters may collude with corrupt notaries or create fake notarizations to legitimize fraudulent title transfers.

4. Social Engineering

  • Posing as a Buyer or Real Estate Agent:
Fraudsters may contact homeowners under the guise of purchasing the property or providing real estate services, gaining access to sensitive documents.
  • Scams Targeting Elderly Homeowners:
Fraudsters manipulate elderly homeowners into signing documents they don’t understand, transferring ownership unknowingly.

5. Exploiting Legal Loopholes

  • Lax Document Filing Standards:
In some counties, transferring property ownership can be done with minimal documentation or verification, making it easy for fraudsters to file forged deeds.
  • Absentee Ownership:
Fraudsters target properties owned by out-of-town landlords, deceased individuals, or people who don’t actively monitor their property records.

6. Cybersecurity Weaknesses

  • Hacking Public Record Systems:
In rare cases, fraudsters breach poorly secured public record systems to alter or obtain title information.
  • Accessing Online Accounts:
Homeowners who store property-related documents in unsecured email accounts or cloud storage may inadvertently provide access.

Examples of Targeted Properties

  • Homes Without Mortgages: Fully paid-off homes are prime targets because there are no lenders monitoring the title.
  • Vacant or Unmonitored Properties: Properties owned by absentee landlords, deceased individuals, or those in foreclosure.
  • Elderly Homeowners: Often targeted due to perceived lack of tech-savviness or oversight.

How to Protect Yourself

  1. Monitor Property Records Regularly:
    • Check your property’s status at your local recorder’s office or online public records system.
  2. Title Insurance:
    • Purchase owner’s title insurance to protect against title fraud and legal disputes.
  3. Freeze or Secure Titles:
    • Some jurisdictions allow title freezes, requiring additional steps for any ownership changes.
  4. Secure Personal Information:
    • Shred documents with sensitive information, and avoid sharing personal details over unsecured channels.
  5. Set Up Alerts:
    • Many counties offer electronic alerts for any changes to your property records.

Fraudsters rely on lax oversight and unsuspecting homeowners. Being proactive and vigilant is key to protecting your property and title.

So yes through social engineering, working with corrupt notary, using publicly available records you can in theory get access to other people home titles and then forge a home title in your name of their property and get access to a massive HELOC
-As soon as you get the money WIRE TRANSFER IT to another BANK
-Banks can reverse it its in their bank, but not once its sent to another bank
-You can then hold it in USDC coin and then take it out in bitcoin to spend whenever you need to to avoid any risk of bank freezing the funds but as long as you make the minimum monthly payments the victim won't know what hit them
-Once you near default you need to make a plan to exit the country as they will know its you and can freeze your bank account and send you to jail
-Once your outside america they wont be likely to extradite you for some small bullshit like this so you would be getting away with this but cant come back to america ever again or else you would be arrested

These are the two big ones.

Option 3 , become a drug dealer
- Drug dealing can be a highly lucrative option if you want quick money . Generally first time offenders wont get that much jail time . The key to avoiding longer jail time is ratting out the supplier you buy from . Of course this sucks when your the wholesale distributor , but their are ways to avoid risk
-Start out small to learn the game
-Then go to wholesale so you don't risk doing deals to all these strangers and then you also earn a lot more
-Then promise your dealers you sell to that you will Pay for their bail and lawyer in the event anything happens
-If they do get arrested then stop dealing and be careful when you meet up with them again ( they might be wearing a wire or other listening device to get you fucked )

Important to note that generally you have to be really big drug dealer for the police to have you on their radar, otherwise if your just making like 150k or less your basically invisible .

You have to be moving like 15-20k weekly profits of cocaine and opiates and Xanax and aderall a week to even possibly be of target by cops and even then they wont be interested in you but the top supplier.

So yea that is a good option with how fucked the job market is these days
