You have to use the ID of someone over 18 theres no escaping it (just use ur parents if u gotta). Make sure to use their name and date of birth when making the account. I was too retarded to do this and now have $500 i gotta wait 180 days to unlock and have to make a new account with a different password.

When I was underage I just made one, sent and received bunch of money n shit, but they could freeze ur account randomly and ask for ur id. This is how it worked back then like 3-6 years ago.
