If you only play competitive games, you don't need more than 16 GB of ram so I would buy something like this: Ryzen 7 9800X3D + RTX 5080 + 16GB RAM

My $400 used HP Victus runs anything I want without ever sacrificing speed at 240hz

buy your ram kit and your gpu second hand

you can easily build something with the 14900k or the 9800x3d with that and still have money left over, especially if you buy the 14900k second hand aswell
