Is it normal that my right eye pctmog my left eye?
If not what cause this and how to correct it?

it's normal. it's caused by genetics 99,9% of the time. you don't even have it that bad since both eyes are still pct. surgery is not worth it just deal with the 0,5% smv decrease.
