The traditional PCT approach using SERMs (like Nolvadex and Raloxifene) and AIs (like Arimidex and Aromasin) is ineffective - absolute BS fake news. The optimal protocol is to use hCG and hMG either:

1. Immediately upon deciding to end your cycle, or
2. Throughout the entire cycle if you've planned its duration in advance

HCG solo in the case that hMG is inaccessible (supply, price), then hCG alone is still highly beneficial, just not as helpful as both hCG & hMG
