Taper down test and then wait two weeks after your last pin and then use enclo.

Nolva 40/40/20/20/20/20
+Clomid 50/50/25/25/25/25
For 6 weeks

This is the conservative way but you would probably be fine doing 4 weeks of PCT depending on how long the cycle is
