PDO Threads for fox eye

Been seeing a lot of people say that PDO threads are not worth it and they give an uncanny look. This may be a dumb question but couldn’t the amount that the eyebrow and eye are lifted be manipulated so that it doesn’t look uncanny and just looks natural. I have seen a lot of women that do it, just do way to much and that’s the reason why it looks so bad. My nct recalled messes up my eye area and harmony so pls help.
