PDO threads for increased cheekbone definition

I heard someone here talking about how PDO threads can be used to tighten skin, could this be used to make the zygos appear more visible and increase the level of cheek hollowing there is, assuming you are already lean, debloated, and have a decent level of hollowing?

Zygo implants tend to look weird from what I have seen, and my zygos are already pretty decent for the most part, so I don’t want to take it that far
