PDO threads to make hooding more horizontal

I have good hooding, however it extends past the corners of my eyes and in certain lightings looks a bit negative. Is there a way to use PDO threads to slightly "lift" the outer edge of my eyes hooding up an make it more horizontal and aesthetic.
