yes they work but the question you have to ask yourself is : is this do able long term? in terms of cost, and the risk? PDO threads are very bad for both as you have to insert them so often. PDO, PCL, it doesnt matter, theyre just shit, surgical planning and getting surgery for your issues IS THE WAY, not inserting threads into your SMAS layer and praying that you dont hit a vein or that they dont rip apart the moment you sneeze.

DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYBODY TELLING YOU TO DO THEM, SURGICAL PLANNING IS THE WAY.
You can cope temporarily with other things but not threads.
