PE during puberty

Has anyone here tried Penis enhancement under 18? Would it be more useful to use PE while your dick is still growing?

No one knows for sure, but if I had to guess I'd say it would be probably be more effective while still growing since that's the case for just about everything else. I'd stick to stretching and extending
