The most amount of peace and clarity i've ever had had was when i was in solitude.

No one to ask me where why or when.

I lived my life on my own terms, thankfully i had periods of my life where i had complete solitude.

I was at peace.

I lived life so purposefully and meaningfully.

Everything i did had meaning behind it or something that could benefit me.

No porn, no girls, no people who are reliant on you.

Just me, the gym and my goals.

Wake up, eat, watch youtube, journal, pray, shower, eatmaxx until gym time, around 10pm, night time is at its peak and the moon is shining so bright yet so dark.

Airpods in, go gym train with vigour, and leave, come home eat last meal and do it all over again.



Prioritize your peace guys, its something that you'll never get fully until death.
