I do believe mid to late 20s you can look exactly the same as a man IF you take care of yourself. Sunscreen, gym, healthy diet and hair transplant if you are balding. Men have thicker skin and more collagen - they hold their prime and youth for far longer than women.

I agree, but average dude doesn't take care of his skin. You can easily see difference between 21, 24 and 29 years old just judging by the skin. I have plenty of friends in late 20s and early 30s. All of them have wrinkles around eyes, on the forhead etc. No 21-25 years old have wrinkles yet.
