I'm currently on tretinoin for my acne in general but I recently found out it could also supposedly thin your nose like hydrocortisone so I guess i'll also see if that works, i only been using it for like the past 3 days so far tho so im still way early

Highlights look good mirin the appeal i get them too

Get rhino if u can, it would save ur looks i got one too at 18 years old

and then gym work out neck and body u dont even know how much gym can change ur body and frame. right now ur very skinny.

go full gym mode till u have a good body bulk if u must, and then go leanmaxx after u got good size.
