They have decent macros (this one is 740 calories 66g of proteins). They were also affordable(5$ individually) but it seems they’re 7$ now.
Also yea I ate a lot of these “processed low calorie/zero sugar” foods during the time, but I was on a 500-700 calories a day only(dogshit for growth but wanted quick results). If I could I’d still eat these foods every once in a while.
