and how long have you been lifting for? looking good
for about 2 years, almost 1,5 years natty then after collapsing due to blood loss I started SARMs to recover faster and enjoyed them

I bought from uksarms.
They had 3rd party testing.

I know it’s working for sure.

I’m taking enclomiphene as pct.
Will start taking on week 2 to avoid too much suppression + get a free T boost at the end of my 8 week cycle.

Did you mean 8 months or 8 weeks?

don't worry too much about it it's not that easy to shut your balls down and PCT is largely a meme.

I do heavy bench press and combine it with cable crossover. My max bench is fucking 120 kg for 4 full ROM almost no cheating but you see how pathetic my pecs are. Am I cursed? I think I will just do 40 sets of crossover a week on 20 mg of rad 140 a day and if it doesn't work out for me to get at least a decent chest, I give up

I do chest once a week and make less gains if I train it more often than that for some reason.

So train once a week with max volume? That won't change anything but I will try it out. I think I will cut down my back volume and do like 24 sets of chest a week

classic bodybuilder splits are basically just doing one body part a day once a week and they also didn't struggle growing, you might unironically not be taking enough time to recover.

Classic bodybuilders are also roided as fuck which gives completely different results on a 1x per week split vs naturals. Both of you are on roids but im assuming not to the extent of pro body builders.

I will be training my chest unnaturally as well
Idk I am planning to do 15 or 20 mg of rad 140 a day, pretty decent dosage

if anything lower volume is indicative of natural lifting, it's enhanced people who can train more than that.

they weren't on high doses compared to today, I don't use anything though.

I dont agree, BBs will grow on low volume, naturals will completely plateau past newb gains on a low volume program

enhanced increases growth which is why BBs benefit from more recovery time for that growth to occur, a natural is getting a tiny but of growth from each session that is completely done after 48-72 hours. Nattys should be on a PPL 99% of the time

all my gains are from doing 1 compound lift a day 4 days a week 10x10~

Can I do high volume high intensity for max chest growth? I am planning to do only 8 sets a week for back and 28 for chest because my back overpowers chest too much

I already do 16 sets for back and 16 for chest a week, I think I have to reduce volume for my back in favour of chest so that back steals less recovery resources from my chest and I can increase volume on chest. Thoughts?
