am i cooked for having this?
i started going to the gym bcs of this
should i hsve the operation or the brace? or just keep doing chest first on upper days and beg
 
Focus on chest and develop it as much as possible. It's a very common thing. Doesn't stop any of them from developing a good physique.

Keep going gym and see how a well developed chest masks it, otherwise look into surgery, braces would be cope.

but its like a severe case, what ima do is continue if by 18 im not confortable its hardmaxx time

yes ill do them, but still my sternum is pushed outwards, working to an extent
It doesn't matter, if you have this part pushed forward, then the other one is pushed back, you will balance it with exercises and everything will be corrected

I don't know about reminding, but I did similar exercises, and now I have complete symmetry, although I had a skewed pelvis (like most people)

pelvic tilt?
hip bridge
chin tucks
neck side strech
hammy stretch
hip flexor
but i do upper back training alr, i do on upper a a upper back focused row and rear delt fly, on upper b i do long grip sated cable row

I also recommend the exercises from this video


And I advise you to do the plank exercise so that all your muscles tense at the same time, I did this exercise when symmetrymaxxing

alr so all those 10-15 each ill try to be consistent, how long until some typa result

In a week you will see the result, the rest of the time is to consolidate it and so that it does not return back to how it was
