Pectus carinatum

I have severe pectus carinatum and I look like an alien even if I go to the gym, I want to get surgery but idk if it's safe and my parents also don't really like thag idea.

i have pectus too but mild to moderate, it's pretty much not noticeable after gym celling. i'm not sure how the aesthetic results would be for carinatum surgery, i'd imagine not as good as excavutum cases.

Mine is advanced carinatum so it's noticeable even through shirts/some hoodies but there are a lot of risks going through surgery aswell so idk
