mine is so bad that i got it on both sides , gives me a lot of pain when im sleeping + i got a minor scoliosis bc of that
all of that because my young me didnt want to have a valid posture
thats actually brutal because you can't fix it unlesss you get some surgery

I'm trying to get surgery right now, insurance is a bitch to deal with and you're going to need a lot of tests to prove you "need it" so i'd start as soon as I could if I were you
