Fuckin brutal, my bars came out the hardware so i had to have a second surgery in December, the first few days after that first surgery were rough but the rest was manageable. My athletic capacity, posture, and health all improved drastically tho and should improve more when they are taken back out.fire bro
how bad was the recovery?
i might go in for another scan just to see if i can get the surgery paid off by insuranceFuckin brutal, my bars came out the hardware so i had to have a second surgery in December, the first few days after that first surgery were rough but the rest was manageable.
