Theres a difference bewtween being attracted to a 12 year old little girl and a 16 year old finished puberty. I think its fine for a 20+ man to find a a 15/16 year old attractive, but i think AoC shouldnt be any lower than 16 anywhere. 12 is low but girls age at different speeds so it's hard to draw a line for age in terms of what makes sense from an evolutionary perspective, if this is even what defines what attraction is "acceptable". it's a pointless discussion.

you could then try to extend this to say well what about 8 year olds finding 8 year olds attractive? sometimes they will date etc.
this is not the same because it's not sexual attraction
at least for me, when i reached puberty, my first sexual attraction was to older girls, from primarily high school age but even to older women in 20s 30s (teachers, celebrities, random women on street, etc.)
I don't really recall being seriously sexually attracted to girls my age at the time (12)
what I'm trying to say is I think the age range you are attracted to stays pretty constant throughout your life if you're not deluding/lying to yourself.
from an evolutionary perspective it makes the most sense to be attracted to girls around 16, as this gives the highest chance of producing viable offspring (which constitutes successful fertilization and survival of the child and mother through and after childbirth)
the chance is fairly similar for women up to ~25, but a younger partner means more time spent in this optimal 16-25 range
from a more cerebral/logical perspective I personally find girls around 16 more attractive in terms of personality as well. it seems like older women tend to be more "empowered" (retarded/arrogant), depressed, boring, world-weary, tons of other negative characteristics. particularly professional women. being incel as fuck, my sexual maturity and probably mental maturity are closer to a 16 year old's than a girl my age's. but I hardly interact with girls so take it with a grain of salt.
