im getting surgery(trimax and infras) soon, any thoughts on this?my left side (the 31 mm) is also less wide in real life, i think would be good to extend it more to the nose area.

They’re conservative, the saddle is very small. Look at some of stuff RSM does where the saddle significantly overlaps the bottom of the orbit for comparison.

yea i got almost 2cm advancement on one side of mandible (most advancement ever done by ram) and i wasn t crazy recessed to begin with

Not in my interest to reveal my secrets which I only gained from 5 years (Soon to be 6 years) of high volume experience designing these implants and some trial and error.

I will let your ameteur continue to be amateur. It is not an opinion that I am 10x more experienced, but a fact.
