Yh, my pelvis and spine are tilted and I'm getting asymmetrical. What should I do?

Is your pelvis rotated or twisted ? If you've any of these your spine would be rotated as well giving you scoliosis also you could've a forward head posture too.

Check for lateral pelvic tilt.
