How it works
Clamping restricts blood from flowing out of the penis while still allowing limited inflow. Because blood is still flowing into the penis, and not any is leaving, there is an extraordinary amount of pressure built up.

I just clamped for 20 minutes with the cable clamp pro.

You need to clamp until the phallus turns dark from the inwards blood flow. Thats when you know you will get permanent girth gains.

The cable clamp pro is much better for keeping inwards blood flow. Its difficult to simulate that amount of blood flow with hands alone.
