I jelqed for around 2 months with a good diet (but no supplementation) and I gained around 0.25 inch (initially from 6.8 inches) in length.
And I went from 5.25 inch girth to 5.5 inch girth. Still need another inch of girth and length tbh.

1. Dildos are different because girls can completely control the motion. It's different when a dude is slamming his dick into her.
