I was just wondering that do they actually work. Im talking about the manual exercises where you dont need extenders or any of that shit. Like Jelqing and stretches.
A few years ago when i was 14-15 i was around 6 inches BPEL i hadn’t measured girth back then. Then i started jelqing and stretching my dick a few times a week with coconut oil then i stopped for some reason without taking measurements after.
Now my dick is 7.1-5.7 BPEL and i think that the exercises did work but i’m not sure since i have lost a significant amount of weight which could’ve led to better erection quality and i might have had some growth left due to puberty.
Are penis exercises legit and are they dangerous? I know how to do them properly.
