porn addiction? yes, but how i overcame it is unrealistic. i just stopped having the urge to nuh, i do it time to time but its never on my mind. if this is geniunely a bad addiction i wouldnt be asking for help here and maybe go speak to someone fr. theres many hotlines or chats where u can to talk someone ab this
