Guide to stretching Penis (3 METHODS)

To manually stretch your penis:
First Method
  1. Grip the head of your penis.
  2. Pull your penis upward, stretching it out for about 10 seconds.
  3. Pull your penis to the left for another 10 seconds, then to the right.
  4. Repeat these steps once or twice a day for about 5 minutes.

Second Method
  1. Grip the head of your penis.
  2. Pull your penis upward.
  3. Press on the area around the base of your penis at the same time.
  4. Hold this position for about 10 seconds.
  5. Repeat these steps with your penis pulled to the left, applying pressure to the base of your penis on the right side.
  6. Repeat these steps with your penis pulled to the right, applying pressure to the base of your penis on the left side.
  7. Repeat this exercise once a day for up to 2 minutes.
"Jelq" Method

  1. Put your index finger and thumb in an O shape.
  2. Place the O-shaped gesture at the base of your penis.
  3. Make the O smaller until you put mild pressure on your penis shaft.
  4. Slowly move your finger and thumb toward the head of your penis until you reach the tip. Reduce the pressure if this feels painful.
  5. Repeat this once per day for about 20 to 30 minutes.
Do this everyday, and within 6 months, 1+ Inch gains will be possible.

The stretches are made flaccid? Slight hump? Half or full erect?

I used to think Penis enlargement was a meme, but it seems to be legit. I gained like .75 inches after a year of jelqing. Pump and extenders seem to be ideal.

Because you are doing it while you already have an erection versus when soft you can damage soft tissue
Here follow this:
Try to get 80-90% erection.
Wrap your base with ok grip and squeeze hard.
Stroke upwards in jelq motion about an inch. Keep your hand squeezing.
With the palm of your other hand push the glans towards the base of your penis like if you were trying to compress a can of coke.
Hold in that position for 30-60 seconds.
SSJ is probably the best manual girth exercise.

No. You need to be in a fully erected state to perform SSJ, that's the difference between it and normal jelq. Do whatever you want tbh.

I created my own PE exercise, an exercise where you can gain length just from sitting on your ass all day and playing video games. Grab the head of your dick stretch it back between your ass cheeks (Flaccid btw) and just sit down, occasionally switch positions and take breaks, position your penis on the left cheek, and then the right cheek - like side to side stretches. I just started this, but give it a try.

Dont jelq, its dangerous and if u do it long enough it WILL fuck up your dick. Go for stretches and strethcing traction devices as its the only medically studied method that works.
